skydnsctl flags clash with skydns #53

Skydnsctl uses a different system for flag parsing. This clashing the the stdlib flag parsing used in skydns itself.

Ah, you can just use -host instead of --host, except the help does not tell you.

Use etcdctl in skydsn2
