Move stats flags into stats pkg and add influxdb support #69

Influxdb support was merged into go-metrics. This adds influxdb support and also moved the flags into the stats pkg so that main.go is not as busy.

Seems not to build, but otherwise looks good to me.

You need to pull down the latest version of go-metrics
