Yank to named register clutters register " #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. yank something to a name register, eg: "gyw

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the yanked content should not appear in the " register!
Observed; the yanked content is in the " register!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
VIM - Vi IMproved 7.4 (2013 Aug 10, compiled Aug  4 2014 13:41:20)
Included patches: 1-273
Modified by Gentoo-7.4.273

Please provide any additional information below.
To confirm the wrong content of the " register, type :reg or simply put the 
content by typing p
Notice that the yanked content is also in the named register as expected.
