Responds with older `react` version than specified #197

If you specify react@17.0.2 in the URL, it responds with react@17.0.1:

This URL strangely also resolves to 17.0.1 https://cdn.skypack.dev/react@18

How can one get react18 via skypack? it's always returning 17.0.1
