Let paktahn keep built packages #72

This is a feature I sorely miss from yaourt, I could make a directory and let yaourt move built packages there. Is this possible for paktahn?

Easy to implement. Expect in less than 2 weeks.

Implemented in 9f5c4fde0e0a3617e9f1bca76181dc18d6306693. Will be part of Paktahn 0.9.9. Release probably tomorrow.
