[bug] Skyplane init : Azure Configuration Error w/ (Azure Student)

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I tried running the Installation procedure according to the website and configured Azure with "az login" and logged in with my Berkeley student account and have student access to Azure. Then when I run "skyplane init" and select "Y" for azure config, I get this error. Not sure what is going on?

• OS: Mac OS (M2 silicon)
  • Python version (up-to-date)
  • Skyplane version (same as shown in installation page instructions)
