Right now the gwemopt repo is a mix of actual gwemopt code, and then analysis scripts which import and use gwemopt. Other than bin/gwemopt_run (for legacy reasons), I would think it might be easier to just remove those scripts. If users want to use gwemopt for an analysis, they should probably just have their own repo for these scripts and import gwemopt as a dependency.
