adding lastest tools for satellite use, adding few update on mollweide plots

This pull request contains the following changes:

• Update the mollweide plots in plotting.py in order to get the position of the sun (yellow) and moon (grey) at the beginning of the observations (also plot small dots to show the movement of the sun and the moon in the 7 following days). Example: tiles_coverage.pdf

• Add the --AGN_flag parameter in germopt_run in order to output a new column containing AGN info while using mangrove catalog

• Update the tools dedicated to satellite uses (all of them are triggered if there is non null sat_sun_restriction parameter in the config file of the telescope):

  • In segment.py skip the night check for the creation of the segments and keep all day segments
  • In coverage.py check if the the sat_sun_restriction is fulfilled using any king of tilesType (a given pointing has to be sufficiently away from the sun, sat_sun_restriction is in degree)

@jgducoin Looks pretty good. Can you please default plot_sun_moon=False so folks can see the usual plots unless it is enabled? Also, can you please add AGN_flag to the utils.params_defaults as False? After that, should be good to commit

For AGN_flag I added is as false in utils.params_checker, hope this is what you expected.
