feat: add video attachment component #413

TODO:

[x] The progress bar currently does not show proper progress, the calculation is off somewhere. Also affects audio component.
[x] The video attachment code needs to be moved to the proper place in the demo file when the above issue is resolved
[x] The eslint disable issues need to be resolved by way of adding keydown events (space to play/pause and mute/unmute)
[x] It has to be possible to play/pause by clicking the video area
[ ] The play pause pop animation should play

Going to merge this without the animation because I know when I'm out of my field of expertise. I simply do not know how to do CSS animations. I added some code that mimicks Discord but I have no idea how to play the animation.

Will be making a follow up issue requesting anyone else to do the animation.
