Fix sub-kernel wrapper generation & test #22

Previously the wrapper kernel of sub-kernels (e.g., the source rates wrapper generated by a jacobian code) were incorrect (wrong arguments, and incorrect kernel unpacking).

This should fix both issues, and is a step along the path to exposing multiple kernels from the same source code
