Fabric says carpet isn't there when it actually is #11

I have the latest fabric, skyblock, and quickcarpet all installed. When I try to launch with skyblock enabled, it says this: Could not find required mod: skyblock requires {carpet @ [*]} Creating Empty clause ?

I'm using multimc to launch the game. both the log and the crashes are attached latest.log crash-2020-04-13_02.50.54-client.txt crash-2020-04-13_02.55.08-client.txt
