README still references the SkyBlock world type. #21

Issues #15 and #20 address the fact that there is no longer a SkyBlock world type and that skyblock world generation is now hardcoded. However the README.md still contains the outdated instructions to select "World Type: SkyBlock" for single player and level-type=skyblock for multiplayer.
