When generating a skyblock world in 1.18.1, the biome is just plains everywhere, even in other dimensions. Structure information is still preserved normally.
Using QuickCarpet 3.3.0 and Skyblock 3.2.0 on Fabric Loader 0.12.12 for Minecraft 1.18.1.
