The tools in the apps directory should have some validation tests, as much as possible.
Specifically, we should have tests for the following:
[x] sigmf-hash
[x] sigmf-archive
It might also be nice to have some sort of test for sigmf-record, but that would require a usrp to be connected during the test, so that's not as high of a priority.
