To be clear, the normal behavior is that each attack on the base during the siege hours should start at 60 second countdown where the owners of the castle under attack arent able to build or repair their base. When working properly, each time the base is attacked, the timer is reset to 60 and starts to countdown again. Instead, because of this bug, the timer flickers, disappears, is ineffective, and then they can just repair it or replace the attacked wall instantly, without restriction.

All of my PvP servers have had an issue where the "Castle Under Attack" notification flashes up on the right side of the screen then disappears in under a second. The CUA time doesnt take effect at all, which lets players quickly repair/rebuild walls that are being attacked by a golem, meaning people can ultimately prevent others from ever breaching their castle.
I narrowed this down to the default install of the game with only Bloodstone 0.2.2 and Skanks AIO 1.6.2 installed. No other plugins present, and this reproduces every time. If I remove AIO, it does not occur.
When it reproduces, you'll see the "Castle Under Attack" notification flicker for a second, and it will either show 1 second, or it will show 59:60 for its timer before disappearing, regardless of what the timer is set to in the server's config (mine is set to the default 60 seconds).
See attached image of what flickers on screen and disappears almost immediately.
Just to be clear, this is a gameplay-breaking bug, and almost necessitates me removing the mod entirely, which is very sad considering I need it to monitor chat in my servers.
