Fix #14 (previously #35 )

[x] add texts to not_supportted.html
[x] redirect if safari and room type is sfu
[x] fix ondevicechange handler
[ ] fix skyway/skyway-screenshare bug
- waiting for https://github.com/skyway/skyway-screenshare/pull/6 to be merged
- merged
- wating for update CDN resource
