WHAT

If there is no popoverPresentationController setting in UIAlertController, p2p-textchat will crash on iPad.

iPhoneアプリ上ではpopoverPresentationControllerの設定は無視されるので、これまでとの挙動は変わりません。

iPadとiPhone両方での検証も完了しています。
