Nice concept. But the main use case for this plugin will be as you said in remote servers, where I won't even have vim-plug installed.
It'll be a huge help, if
1.I can create a .vim/plugin directory
dump the plugin file there;
and when I open a file, it should gimme suggestions.
Then we can use some kinda script, which will do this on machines, like curl -SsL bit.do/popup.sh
