试用了一下这个插件，发现未能加载用户配置文件，我的环境是win10，在git bash中启动vim，请问一下如何做到在启动bash的前加载~/.bashrc，谢谢

当然可以加载，但是终端有四种模式：横轴：interactive, non-interactive 纵轴：login-shell, non-login-shell

也许你写的 .bashrc 里都是针对 login-shell 的，但是 vim 启动终端的 bash 是 non login-shell 模式，
