Change ::backdrop background #664

After ::backdrop fixes in standard: https://drafts.csswg.org/css-position-4/#backdrop we need to use our background token (--sl-body-surface-overlay) for the backdrop in a proper way in css and remove current workaround in the dialog component.

We can't remove our workaround if it is not supported by all browsers. More information: https://caniuse.com/mdn-css_selectors_backdrop_inherit_from_originating_element
