make configurable, e.g. might be preferable for '-' to be included here for kebab-case
- code that checks if is_vi_keyword
C-r is not possible in vi-mode because it is used for reverse search by the shell, should be possible to reconfigure one or both
- code that sets up C-r for reverse search
- code that sets up C-r for redo in vi
