Option: delete imported data if feed url is changed too quickly #61

If feed source is changed with <30 mins (editable in admin area), delete previous entries

Might be useful to prevent importing lots of data by a single user quickly. Or perhaps threshold editing the url for some time.

Very good suggestion.. also would be a good spam prevention tool.
