ENH: droplets to use RMS for gains not centered on 1 #133

Currently, we use the RMS values directly in droplet finding. Now that we will include an ADU-keV gain factor for the data, we need to make sure that we properly scale the RMS values from the det-interface for comparison with the (corrected) data.
