Update the wiki page for options to clarify which version it documents.

This is what I get when I run with "--trials=40":
  Error: Argument not recognized: --trials=40.

Same with --logging and --verbose.

Basically many of the parameters listed on 
http://code.google.com/p/caliper/wiki/CommandLineOptions don't seem to be 
supported.

Am I missing something here?

It looks like that wiki page lists the not-quite-released-yet 1.0 args.  IIRC, 
--trials should work without the = (e.g. --trials 40).  Try --help for the list 
of args for your version.
