provide option to enable child vm output streaming into parent console

I suggest to provide an option to enable child vm output streaming
to the parent console, 

to monitor logging from complicated setUp()/tearDown() cases

parent console and child console should add different prefix to all messages so 
message sources could be diffirentiaged

--verbose addresses this issue in 1.0.  Again, I need to do a push.  I'll ping 
this bug as well when it has happened for you to verify.
