If all else fails, try to use an embedded copy of the agent jar #205

It would be nice if we could use an embedded copy of the agent jar so that 
users don't have to worry about any classpath management for the allocation 
instrument.  See the discussion on issue 201.

I'm now leaning away from this idea as the uber jar is, itself the agent jar.  
This, combined with the classpath scanning seems like it'll cover the usecase 
for most people.
