Update caliper docs and wiki for new OnlineResults App

The links on the project home point to the old benchmark results app:

Under "links" or clicking on the image of the results on the main page:

the link needs a 1 added:

Further, the documentation on 
http://code.google.com/p/caliper/wiki/OnlineResults seems to refer to the old 
app.

Thanks for pointing that out.  I'm in the process of going through all of that 
documentation.  This will be a good bug to track for it.  CommandLineOptions is 
already done.
