Summary
Security team flagged this workflow will leak CircleCI personal api token which might cause security risks. The token is removed and this PR will remove the workflow.
The workflow won't be necessarily as we plan to provide a better approach on testing sample app individually in the future. For now, when you run pipeline in CLI or e2e repo, the sample app e2e test will always be triggered.
