Update slack naming #66

Summary

This PR aims to update the project to follow the new Slack Term Glossary, this mainly affect documentation and comments, variable names were left unchanged to avoid breaking changes.

NOTE I think some of this documentation might be duplicated in https://api.slack.com/future/triggers, lmk if we want to remove it from here or make a ticket to remove it
