[FEATURE] add support for "all channels" event triggers in trigger definitions #298

Support for this landed in the workflows.triggers.* HTTP APIs to some degree, ~so we can add support for this in the SDK now~ need to check if it is fully public yet and ready to be added to the SDK.

Would fix #222.
