Typo and broken links #59

On https://api.slack.com/faq there is an error with Markdown link: “[Message buttons](/docs/message-buttons,”. On https://api.slack.com/methods/users.profile.set there are links to https://api.slack.com/methods/users.setPhoto and https://api.slack.com/methods/users.deletePhoto that seem to not exist.

Issues with users.* are now fixed, thanks. But “[Message buttons](/docs/message-buttons,” on https://api.slack.com/faq still remains.
