Add option to ignore "@here" in channels

It would be a nice to ignore "@here" when you are out of the office.

Ideally, the API would expose these two settings from the desktop client:

Mute entire channel You won't receive notifications for muted channels, and they'll appear grayed out in your channel list.
Ignore notifications for @channel and @here

Being able to iterate through an array of channels, making an API call to enable the @channel and @here ignore setting would be delightful.
