FIX: Apply dos2unix to convert Windows line endings to unix.

@ChristopherMayes I am not sure if this one is needed so if it is not to be added feel free to just close this PR.

Talked with @ChristopherMayes and we will abandon this PR as it is not portable across multiple OSs since it uses cat.
