anaconda-client missing from anarel.yaml #16

I'm building ana-1.2.0, it has a new conda, etc, and the anaconda program is not being found. In ana-1.1.0, it is still there, in package anaconda-client 1.6.0. I'm not sure what triggered the installation of anaconda-client in the ana-1.1.0 environment. I did not explicitly list it in the anarel.yaml.

I keep this in the manage environment to upload packages, I think it is useful for users, so I'll list it in anarel.yaml

We didn't understand this, but we just added the 'notebook' package to anarel.yaml and it all seems to work now.
