fix up env_vars.sh for ana-1.2.0-gpu #23

We just put cuda 8 on our GPU machine with the K40, both cuda 7.5 and cuda 8 are there, but cuda 8 is default. I need to manually go an update the environment variables that are set in this file. Maybe this file should be under version control? I'm changin the ld_library_path and path to use the /usr/local/cuda-7.5 dir

done, the ana-1.2.0 environment now works again on that machine - it has tensorflow against cuda 7.5
