Added classes for:

TabularDataMap
KlystronDataMap With explanatory notebook:
examples/datamaps.ipynb

These are used to construct models from archived and live data in:

LCLS_live_modeling.ipynb

Separately, a simple, general solution to this problem of serving PVs for some black-box program from some time in the archiver: examples/archiver_restore_serve.ipynb
