Describe the bug Injector OTRs are in DL1 yaml file.

To Reproduce Look in yaml folder/directory, see there is no IN20.yaml file. Open DL1.yaml and find OTR screens in this file.

Expected behavior We would expect these OTRs to live in an injector yaml file.

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Additional context This may be correct based on the MAD deck, but should this be it's own inj area?

There is no INJ area, DL1 is after GUN and L0 in the beam line maps.
