Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. ICT devices not included in yaml files yet.

Describe the solution you'd like Update YAML reader functions to pull ICT PVs.

Describe alternatives you've considered Do not include ICT's in available devices (current situation).

Additional context This will compliment work in #129.
