Also minor refactors in source code as I go along

I think it's ok this was merged, but we should resolve some of the conversations. Especially re: moving some things out of lcls-tools, using the magnet class, yamls for PV mapping, etc. @lisazacarias

Maybe have a meeting to hash out some details?

Yeah I think a short meeting sounds good. I started working on the migration to pull the sc linac stuff out
