ENH: Add checkable columns to Archiver Plot Model #1074

Follow up to #1061

Add checkable columns to the PyDMArchiverTimePlotCurvesModel for the Live Data and Archive Data columns. These 2 columns should be checkboxes since they are boolean values.

These will be displayed as checkboxes in a QTableView.
