smurf_tune missing some args documentation #413

new_master_assignment and as_offset arguments are not documented in some functions in smurf_tune.py (for instance S.assign_channels).

@jlashner fyi we're in the middle of a docstring push for pysmurf, so hopefully this (and a lot of other similar omissions throughout the client side of pysmurf) will be addressed soon. In the meantime, can ping us about any undocumented keywords or args you have questions about.
