This updates pysmurf to use the latest Rogue version v4.11.10 and cryo-det firmware version v1.1.0. Ruckman compiled the .mcs.gz file, and I assume attached it manually to the cryo-det release. I updated the smurf-rogue-docker version to R2.8.8 which compiled Rogue. The firmware file has not been thoroughly tested.
