Can't remotely power cycle the timing crate #692

While debugging the timing crate Kukhee needed to power-cycle the timing crate but failed to do it remotely. Not really a pysmurf issue but I'll put it here. This might be inevitable to also do for deployed systems, so ironing this out is wise if we have the time.
