The C04 cryocard, but not the C02, has two optical transmitters for some unknown purpose. They aren't controllable except through direct commands to the PIC. Add these functions please. Also, add the low level function do_write so that PIC commands are at least accessible. Tested in the warm lab using the optical receivers.
