This merges all of pysmurf's code within the last few months into its next release. The goal is to fully qualify this code with respect to hardware at SLAC as well as hardware deployed at other institutions, particularly UCSD and Princeton. I'll be providing notebooks and PDFs that describe new functionality and outstanding major issues not yet addressed.
