The user documentation in this repo is wholly inadequate to supply practically any understanding of SMuRF. Markdown files are difficult to edit in comparison to the SLAC-side Confluence and SO-side Wikidot that have much more rich content. I suggest we just have auto-generated code documentation in here, and move these .md files to controlled spaces in the SLAC and SO wikis.
