Make it so when you submit a post it checks to see if any new ones have been posted and displays them #111

Pretty much what title says, but when you click the submit button for a post in a thread it should check to see if any new posts have been posted and display them in some way so that you can know if someone has beaten you to answering a question or posting the latest Phil Spencer tweet in an Xbox thread for example.

Possibly just a simple message that says "X posts have been posted since you last looked, want to check them out before you post" or something.
