Hide Quoted Content of Ignored Users #60

The ignore feature - which effectively erases the existence of ignored users - is wonderful, but it could be even more so if it extended to when other people quote these ignored users. While some might like to see these quotations for a better grasp of the general conversation, I'd like an option that hides the quoted text. I don't mind seeing the ignored user's name, because it would provide some context (it won't make it seem like non-ignored users are conversing with phantoms); but I don't want to see the content of their posts - I have them on ignore for a reason.

@flabberghastly Thanks! That was the original intent so a v2.0 might be necessary.
