Fix buffs left after respec bug #13

STR:

  1. buff longstrider/mage armor/poison ward to someone in party
  2. respec ER: Buffs disappeared like in case when you deselect abilities in spellbook AR: Buffs stay in place

This is not my bug, original game has it too, but in intersects with my changes
