No longer replacing hyphens with underscores in filenames #2

It seems unnecessary to replace hyphens with underscores in filenames since hyphens seem to be valid filename characters. This simplifies things not only for the gaeshi maintainers but also for the users of gaeshi.

Underscores in filenames is Clojure convention. Code won't load if you use hyphens. Gaeshi is just following the convention.
